Join us for the 4th Annual Archaeology & Anthropology Expo!

The Social Science program will host the 4^th听补苍苍耻补濒听鈥淪ifting Through Time: Archaeology & Anthropology Expo.” 辞苍听Tuesday, April 2nd听蹿谤辞尘 11am to 2pm in the MPR.

Professional anthropologists, archaeologists, and current 91抖阴 students will be holding table presentations and interactive activities. The New Hampshire Archeological Society will demonstrate flintknapping and atlatl throwing (weather dependent). We will also be exhibiting聽Exploring Human Origins: What Does It Mean To Be Human?, a walkthrough poster exhibit organized by the Smithsonian Institution Do-It-Yourself Exhibition in collaboration with the Museum.聽This event is free to the public and would be a great opportunity for students and others to learn more about anthropology and archaeology.
